KlumFit Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KlumFit, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Service Overview

KlumFit provides a subscription-based service that allows you access to multiple gyms within our network under a single membership. The services include gym access, facilities use, and any other related offerings as specified in your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

To subscribe to and use KlumFit services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You are required to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, is your responsibility. Any activity under your account is presumed to be authorized by you.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

• Subscription Options: KlumFit offers various subscription plans. Each plan’s benefits, terms, and fees are outlined on our website and app.
• Payment: Subscription fees are due at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable except as specified under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• User-Initiated Cancellation: You may choose to cancel your subscription through your account settings; however, please note that refunds will not be provided, and cancellation options are not available once a package has been subscribed to. In the event of an accidental subscription to an incorrect package, followed by a second subscription to the correct package, you may contact KlumFit for assistance by sending a request to our support team at klumfit@gmail.com. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• KlumFit’s Right to Cancel: KlumFit reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

7. Usage Rules and Code of Conduct

• Facility Use: You are required to follow the rules of each gym you access through KlumFit. Violating gym policies may result in a suspension of access.
• Prohibited Conduct: Engaging in any illegal, offensive, or harmful conduct, including but not limited to harassment, vandalism, theft, or any activity that endangers others, is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your KlumFit account and may also lead to legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected, used, and shared according to KlumFit's Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

KlumFit is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using our services or accessing partner gyms. You acknowledge that all physical activities involve risks, and you assume responsibility for your own well-being.

10. Changes to the Terms and Services

KlumFit reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We may, at our discretion, notify you of significant changes via email or through our app. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal Government.
